Part-Part-Whole
This teaching tool is useful for demonstrating 'Part-Part-Whole Model' for addition and subtraction particularly on an interactive whiteboard. Select which manipulatives you want to use and easily change your choice by pressing the 'change' button.
Number Spinners
This resource from Mathsframe generates random numbers using ‘spinners’ with 3, 4, 5 or 6 sides. Up to three spinners can be used in many ways, such as generating addition, multiplication or up to three digit numbers.

Blast Off is a mental maths game for 5 to 8 year olds which can help you to know your two digit numbers and help with addition and subtraction skills. It covers different vocabulary such as more than, less than, count on and count back.
Subtraction to 10
This game provides a simple introduction to the concept of subtraction. Each calculation features a subtraction within 10, along with a pictorial representation of the start number.

Count forwards and backwards in multiples of numbers from 2 to 12. This is a multiple choice game.

Loop cards can help to improve your mental maths. Complete the loop against the clock. All types of calculations. You play the game similar to dominoes. NB The 75% section is faulty.
