4 Ways to make your maths working wall work
This blog post, which is aimed at primary teachers, has some useful tips on how to make effective use of a maths working wall.
Fair Shares
A simple game which introduces the idea of sharing small amounts equally. You need to share the treats between the dogs so they have equal shares.
Hide and Seek
A counting game where you need to find from zero to 10 animals, the corresponding numeral and matching number word. You will need to look carefully to find everything.
Karate Cats Maths
Test your maths skills with hundreds of questions based on 8 topics: addition and subtraction, multiplication and division, number and place value, fractions, measurement, shapes, position and direction and statistics.
Hat Grab
A Curious George game which introduces the idea of data collection and block graphs. It uses the vocabulary of most and least. It is also useful for helping children to follow instructions.

Solve the number puzzles and collect the treasures.
The Full Stop Game
Here some sentences have lost their full stops. Read the sentences then drag and drop the three snails to where the full stop should be. High frequency words are used in the sentences.
