Dienes and Coins

A timed addition game where you solve the equations by adding two single digit numbers and choosing the answer or by choosing an equivalent addition. It can be used to speed up your mental arithmetic skills. Different levels.

A game of estimation. You need to estimate where on a decimal number line to position the claw grabber to match a percentage figure. It is a good way of testing whether you understand the relationship between decimals and percentages.

An activity where you use a Venn diagram to sort a variety of 3D shapes according to their properties, including: whether they are pyramids or prisms, the number of faces, edges and vertices and whether they have a curved surface.
