This is a version of the TV Countdown game maths puzzle. Unfortunately not all of the menu options are working properly but we include it by popular request.

A BBC Bitesize game where you pit your wits and mathematical skills against your enemies with weapons. Mathematical areas covered include: place value, addition and subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, algebra and more.

Choose a better verb to make the sentences more interesting. The characters are animated to match the verbs. The game is lends itself well to starter or plenary sessions displayed on an interactive whiteboard.

The Great War
An exhibition from the Public Record Office on the First World War. There are six different investigations which tell the story of the war. Original sources have been chosen to highlight the role of important events. Excellent!
