• iPad or iPhone - Apple App Store
• Amazon Fire Tablet - Amazon

• Windows PC - Windows version from the Topmarks Store
• Apple Mac - Mac version from the Topmarks Store
• Chromebook - some devices support Google Play

 

I've ordered a Windows or Mac app, now how do I download it?

You will receive an order receipt email which contains a link to download the installer file. Make sure you download the installer onto the Windows or Mac device on which you intend to use the app. Then run the installer and the app will be installed.

 

How can I share the app within my household?

It's not possible to share an app across platforms, e.g. the iPad app won't work on an android tablet, Windows PC or a Mac.

The good news is that it's possible to share apps with other people, within your household, using the same type of device:

• iPad or iPhone - use Apple Family Sharing.
• Amazon Fire Tablet - use Amazon Family Library.
• Android Tablet or Phone - use Google Play Family Library.
• Windows - you may install the Windows PC version on multiple devices within your household.
• Apple Mac - you may install the macOS version on multiple devices within your household.
