Free Online Course in Teaching Computing
Do you feel confident in delivering the Computing curriculum that was introduced in England in September 2014? If not you may be interested in a free online course designed especially for primary and Key Stage 3 secondary school teachers which has a mixture of subject knowledge and pedagogical advice. So you can make sure you have the latest information and teach great lessons in Computing too.
The Future Learn course starts on 14 September 2015 and takes about 2 hours a week over six weeks. It's provided by the University of East Anglia and certificates are available on completion. What's more, is that you don't have to be a teacher to join. You can apply now if you are interested.
