Reach Out Free Science Resources
The BETT show 2016 produced a very worthy award winner in the Reach Out Continuing Professional Development site which we first featured in our blog post last June.
We think it is definitely worth another mention as it is such an impressive resource for the support of UK primary teachers in the delivery of science lessons. It's free and it has over 20 courses which include topic knowledge for teachers and resources to use in class which include videos, practical activities, experiments and whiteboard visuals.
Topics include: Seasonal Changes Environment and Habitats Light and Sound Forces and Magnets Future of Energy Working Scientifically Food and Feeding Body Systems Plants Planet Earth and Space Animals and Humans Rocks and Soils
So if you're a UK primary teacher we think Reach Out is definitely worth investigating.
