Finding Common Factors

This common factors worksheet helps students practise comparing pairs of numbers to identify their common factors and determine the highest (or greatest) common factor (HCF/GCF). In the first set of questions students will list all the factors the pairs of numbers share. In the second activity they need to find the largest common factor in each pair. This activity builds a strong foundation for understanding divisibility, multiplication relationships, and simplifying fractions.
